Hawaiian Mac Salad

Its your favorite part of your plate lunch.

It tastes rich and home-y.

And it is so easy to make.

Here is the most important step.

#1 add the apple cider vinegar right after you drain the pasta

Trust me.

Ingredients:

  1. 10 oz macaroni pasta
  2. 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
  3. 1 1/4 Best Foods mayonnaise
  4. 3/4 C milk
  5. 1 carrot, shredded
  6. 2 Tb sugar
  7. salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta
  2. Drain and immediately add apple cider vinegar while you prepare the other ingredients
  3. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Give the pasta a good mix before adding to bowl
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  6. Enjoy cold

Notes: add in options

  • boiled eggs, grated
  • 2 Tb sweet onion, grated
  • 2 Tb celery, chopped small
  • scallions
  • crumbled bacon
