Heart shaped crab omelette

Do you want to eat LOVE?

Kinsley doesn’t actually make this one but she does decide what to add in the eggs.

She refuses to believe they are NOT bite size.

Ingredients:

  1. imitation crab sticks (I use the small ones that are about 4 inches long)
  2. 2 eggs
  3. scallions
  4. salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Quarter crab sticks
  2. Use 2 toothpicks to secure heart shape (top and bottom)
  3. Lightly spray a large frying pan
  4. Fry up crab hearts
  5. Spoon in egg mixture into hearts
  6. Flip when the egg mixture is 70% cooked
  7. Use scissors to cut off the excess and maintain heart shape

Note: you can add anything you want in the egg mixture but make sure its cut small

Optional add ins: sausage, onion, garlic, grated carrot, grated zucchini.. even chopped up KIMCHI!
