AKA CHICKEN MU (MU=daikon in Korean)

Heard you heard of Korean Fried Chicken? It is juicy, crispy and the recipe is coming.

There is ONE staple side dish when you eat this KFC (Korean Fried Chicken)

Yes, this deliciously simple pickled daikon

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb cubed daikon
  2. 1/3 C sugar
  3. 1 Tb salt
  4. 1/3 C white vinegar
  5. 3/4 C water

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and water in a large bowl
  2. Add daikon

That’s it!

Well, put it in an airtight container or jar and refrigerate it.

Preferably, overnight but 6 hours will do if you are in a hurry.
