Ingredients:
- 1 lb cubed daikon
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 Tb salt
- 1/3 C white vinegar
- 3/4 C water
Directions:
- Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and water in a large bowl
- Add daikon

Well, put it in an airtight container or jar and refrigerate it.
